ZIM Corporation – Notice of 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders
OTTAWA, August 17, 2020 – Notice is hereby given that the 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of ZIM Corporation will be held at ZIM Headquarters, 150 Isabella Street, Suite 150, Ottawa, Ontario on Monday, September 28, 2020 beginning at 11:00 am (EST). Meeting agenda to include:
- Ratifying the appointment of the ZIM’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021;
- Transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
Note: A member, as of the record date of August 19, 2020, is entitled to attend and vote at the meeting and is also entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him/herself and the proxy need not be a member of the Corporation.
